有格友希望有完整的排毒菜單,所以摩卡就再列表提供給大家囉~

不過~ 摩卡要強調其實排毒餐是個美名,它算是減肥餐,

如果想排毒的格友們就別嚐試吧~

第一天~

〈早餐〉黑咖啡 or 無糖茶         〈午餐〉黑咖啡 or 無糖茶         〈晚餐〉黑咖啡 or 無糖茶

                烤吐司1片                                    烤吐司1片                        蘋果1個

                花生醬2湯匙                                鮪魚醬1/2杯                    瘦肉片2片

                葡萄柚1/2個                                                                           四季豆1杯

                                                                                                                   葡萄1杯

                                                                                                                   香草冰淇淋1杯﹝小美﹞

 

第二天~

〈早餐〉黑咖啡 or 無糖茶         〈午餐〉黑咖啡 or 無糖茶         〈晚餐〉黑咖啡 or 無糖茶

                烤吐司1片                                    鹹餅乾2片                        紅葡萄1杯

                水煮蛋1個                                    原味優格1杯                    香蕉1/2根

                香蕉1/2根                                                                              熱狗2根﹝可選擇7-11的﹞

                                                                                                                  綠花菜1杯

                                                                                                                  香草冰淇淋1/2杯﹝小美牌﹞

 

第三天~

〈早餐〉黑咖啡 or 無糖茶         〈午餐〉黑咖啡 or 無糖茶         〈晚餐〉黑咖啡 or 無糖茶

                蘋果1個                                         烤吐司1片                        紅葡萄1杯

                鹹餅乾1片                                     水煮蛋1個                        香蕉1/2根

                低脂起司1片                                                                           哈密瓜1個

                                                                                                                  水漬鮪魚罐頭1杯

                                                                                                                   綠花菜1杯

                                                                                                                   香草冰淇淋1/2杯﹝小美牌﹞

 

注意事項:1、調味一律以鹽巴、胡椒粉為主,並用水煮方式烹調。

                    2、以菜單以一星期選擇3天來執行,其餘4天正常飲食,但不能過量。

                    3、杯子大小以家中量米杯為準,湯匙要裝平匙不要太尖。
